Community Connectors
As part of our endeavour to promote connections and to assist with a comfortable and smooth transition for new families joining our school community, we have family Community Connectors assigned to Learning Communities.
Community Connectors facilitate community inclusion and participation, communication and support at a Learning Community level, with a special focus placed on creating social opportunities for children and families.
